Slow Fish North America, Slow Food USA and One Fish Foundation are proud to present a KNOW FISH Dinner® in partnership with Bar Carlo, Yakobi Fisheries, Kenai Red, Ocean Oregon Cluster, and Solfiskur to bring Slow Fish programming to the Portland, Oregon area!
This dinner is part of the Slow Fish North America Rising Tide series of events, which are collaborations between Slow Fish North America, Slow Food USA, and Slow Food communities throughout the US and Canada.
By coordinating well-planned regional events centered on the shared values around food that is good, clean, and fair, we aim to bring more people into the conversation about why seafood with values matters.
